Printing Machine Screen Setter📍 Location: Doral, FL – Established company with over 35 years in business.
💰 Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, paid biweekly.
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Day shift available) — Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

✦ Responsibilities
- Ensure production quality meets the approved customer standards.
- Set up and prepare screen printing machines for each production run.
- Properly align screens for multicolor prints (registration).
- Load screens, adjust print heads, and set ink levels.
- Ensure that products are packed according to customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain quality throughout all production orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines.
✦ Work Conditions
This position is performed inside the warehouse, which can get warm. Some roles require standing for long periods, while others involve more physical movement.✦ Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. All legal documents must be valid and up to date.
- Good physical condition and positive attitude.
- Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
- Experience in screen printing and operation of M&R-style machines (3–5 years).
- Proven experience in screen printing setup and production.
- Strong understanding of various screen printing techniques and inks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must pass a background check.
