SCREEN PRINTING CLEANUP & PRODUCTION SUPPORT

✨ Esta posición es responsable de limpiar y organizar las áreas y equipos de serigrafía al finalizar la producción del día, dejando todo preparado para que el equipo del turno de la mañana pueda comenzar a trabajar de manera eficiente. El trabajo incluye limpieza de máquinas y screens, manejo y organización de tintas y materiales, y apoyo en otras áreas del almacén según sea necesario.

✨ This position is responsible for cleaning and organizing screen-printing equipment and work areas at the end of the production day, ensuring everything is prepared for the morning shift to begin production efficiently. The role includes cleaning machines and screens, handling and organizing inks and production materials, and assisting in other warehouse areas as needed.

🔷 LIMPIEZA Y PREPARACIÓN DE PRODUCCIÓN

PRODUCTION CLEANUP & PREPARATION

• Limpiar las máquinas de serigrafía y las áreas de trabajo al finalizar la producción.

• Retirar los screens utilizados durante la producción para su limpieza y organización.

• Remover cuidadosamente la tinta restante de los screens y equipos.

• Recoger y colocar la tinta sobrante en los recipientes correspondientes para mantenerla organizada.

• Limpiar residuos de tinta, polvo y otros materiales utilizados durante el proceso de serigrafía.

• Organizar las tintas, screens y materiales de producción en sus áreas correspondientes.

• Mantener las estaciones de trabajo limpias, organizadas y preparadas para el siguiente turno.

• Dejar los equipos y materiales necesarios listos para que el equipo de la mañana pueda comenzar la producción.

• Clean screen-printing machines and work areas at the end of production.

• Remove used screens from the printing equipment for cleaning and organization.

• Carefully remove remaining ink from screens and equipment.

• Collect leftover ink and place it in the appropriate containers for proper storage and organization.

• Clean ink, dust, and other residue generated during the screen-printing process.

• Organize inks, screens, and production materials in their designated areas.

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and prepared for the next shift.

• Ensure equipment and necessary materials are ready for the morning team to begin production.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

• Apoyar en las áreas de inventario, envíos y recibo cuando sea necesario.

• Organizar cajas, artículos y materiales dentro del almacén.

• Ayudar a mantener las áreas de inventario y almacén limpias y organizadas.

• Apoyar al equipo cuando se reciban entregas o se preparen pedidos para ser recogidos.

• Realizar otras tareas de producción o almacén según las necesidades de la operación.

• Assist with inventory, shipping, and receiving operations as needed.

• Organize boxes, items, and materials throughout the warehouse.

• Help maintain clean and organized inventory and warehouse areas.

• Assist the team when deliveries arrive or orders are being prepared for pickup.

• Perform other production or warehouse duties as needed.

REQUISITOS

REQUIREMENTS

• Tener 18 años o más y estar autorizado(a) para trabajar en los Estados Unidos con documentación vigente y válida.
• Poder permanecer de pie, caminar y moverse durante la mayor parte del turno.
• Poder levantar, mover y acomodar materiales según las necesidades del puesto.
• Estar dispuesto(a) a trabajar con tintas y realizar tareas de limpieza de equipos de producción.
• Aprobar una verificación de antecedentes.

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States with current, valid documentation.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and remain active for most of the shift.
• Must be able to lift, move, and organize materials as required by the position.
• Must be comfortable working with inks and performing production equipment cleanup.
• Must pass a background check.
